BNU is a community that supports each other, and Report & Support is here to provide advice and action when one of us is concerned about another person. If you are interested in reporting a general problem (such as advice on accessing particular services), please do not use this form and instead check the Student Hub.
What happens next?
Once you have completed this form, if your report is about a student, then a member of the student wellbeing team will be in touch and follow up. If your report is about an employee, then it will be managed by Human Resources.
Completing a form through Report & Support will not start a formal complaints process. However, if you include identifying information such as someone's name, and we have concerns about risk, we may have to take action.
What happens with my data?
Your data is important to us. We won't collect or store any information that goes against our
privacy policy. An advisor will be in touch with you within
3 working days, all reports will be triaged and handled accordingly.
