The report will be triaged during working hours and reviewed buy one of our Safeguarding Officers. If out of hours, students can seek assistance from 'TogetherAll' – free 24/7 peer support, courses, self-assessments and articles www.togetherall.com (please register using your Bucks student email address). Safeguarding will triage the case and determine if there is a concern that needs to be addressed.  If you supply your details, they may contact you to make sure they have all the information they need to properly review the case. If there is not a concern of radicalisation, then the case will not proceed under our Prevent duty.  But a member of our wellbeing team may still reach out to any of the people involved to offer support and perhaps offer referrals to other services where appropriate. If there is a Prevent concern, then one of our Safeguarding Officers will contact the person at risk of radicalisation to discuss the concerns.  They may also contact our Prevent network to get advice, guidance and support to inform our next steps.  We will then be able to offer the appropriate support to help avoid radicalisation. If you are making a referral about somebody else, it is likely that we will not be able to tell you the outcome, as it will be confidential to the person involved, but your help is essential to us, so please do make a report. Please be reassured that this process is all about supporting and helping our students and staff.
